Job Description We are looking for candidates based in Barcelona, Spain, with a strong preference for:

Willingness to consider candidates able to relocate to Barcelona for a contract period (1-3 years). Native/Fluent (Business level) in Danish, Norwegian, or Swedish (verbal and written). Good command of English. Strong customer orientation (previous customer service experience is advantageous). Available to work shifts (International Call Centre). Office-based in Barcelona, Spain. Strong PC literacy skills. Goal-oriented, proactive, and with a sense of urgency. Positive and professional attitude. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Willingness to go above and beyond to exceed customer expectations. Strong time management skills. Accurate and able to follow processes and procedures.
