Purpose of the Role: In the role of Business Developer Representative, your main responsibility will be to identify promising sales opportunities, profile potential clients, and drive new business through outbound campaigns. You will play a critical role in helping companies enhance their collaboration, foster innovation, and achieve growth.
As the first point of contact for numerous businesses, you will proactively engage with them, build their interest, understand their requirements, and guide them through the sales process. You'll work to meet individual sales targets while contributing to the larger team's objective of expanding the customer base throughout EMEA. This role will focus primarily on phone-based interactions, where you'll connect with clients through outbound calls to generate new business opportunities.
Responsibilities: Meet your Sales Qualified Opportunity (SQO) goals on a quarterly basis and consistently achieve daily and weekly activity benchmarks.Manage your assigned account portfolio to identify high-potential prospects and foster new business relationships.Provide insights into our services and explain how they can benefit prospective clients' businesses.Conduct daily outbound calls and send emails, including cold calling, to reach C-level executives, build strong rapport, and assess their needs.Identify the pain points and technical challenges of prospects, align them with relevant Cloud solutions, and build value for the next steps in the sales process.Keep customer and prospect information up-to-date in Salesforce.com, ensuring accurate tracking of leads, accounts, opportunities, and activities.Collaborate with your team to meet both team and individual goals, focusing on KPIs such as productivity, conversion rates, opportunity creation, and pipeline development.Document all interactions and details from customer conversations in Salesforce.com, ensuring clarity and continuity for all stakeholders involved. Requirements: BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience.Native-level proficiency in Swedish.Fluent in English, with excellent spoken and written communication skills.Some experience in outbound sales, B2B sales, or business development, preferably within the IT sector.Familiarity with cloud computing concepts, especially Google Cloud Platform.Strong business acumen with the ability to connect business needs to the right solutions.Exceptional interpersonal skills, with professionalism and high integrity.Comfortable working in a phone-based sales environment and achieving assigned quotas.Competent in using computers to perform job-related tasks efficiently. Preferred Skills: At least 1 year of experience in outbound IT sales prospecting, with a strong sales mindset and effective persuasion skills.Experience with cold calling and managing a large portfolio of accounts and contacts.Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM tools.Ability to identify key decision-makers and influential stakeholders in business discussions.Goal-oriented, self-driven, proactive, competitive, and resilient.Good understanding of the local market and business landscape.
