.For this U.S. based position, the expected compensation range is $136,000 - $204,000 per year, which includes base pay and short-term incentive.The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our salary ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the salary range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. The Company will accept applications on an ongoing basis until the position is filled.The Sustainability Solutions Manager acts as our customers' technical sustainability partner, representing Schneider's expertise in digital infrastructure sustainability, and offering advice and collaboration as a value-add to doing business with us. They also develop related toolkits and training to scale sustainability impact across our sales teams.Job responsibilitiesLead the development and execution of the sustainability strategy for select named accounts, ensuring tight interlock with the overall account leadership and strategy. Develop relationships with the customer to establish Schneider as an indispensable partner on sustainability topics.Enhance the sustainability value of Schneider solutions by developing new strategies for solving customer challenges.Create and maintain assets (e.G., playbooks, toolkits, etc.) to enable all sales teams to engage their accounts on sustainability, and conduct training as needed.
