Job Description: The Supply Chain Process Excellence Team Leader will lead cross-functional and cross-country projects in lean management and system transformation across the supply chain in Europe.
Role & Responsibilities: Support the design, testing and implementation of new systems and upgrades, including the update of the system documentation and training materials.
Provide functional expertise and 1st level support for end users.
Develop, implement and track performance metrics and KPIs.
Standardize and enhance existing systems, processes and reporting.
Promote and implement lean management for cost reduction and inventory optimization.
Key Ingredients: Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain & Logistics, Engineering or related field. Master's Degree highly appreciated or MBA.
10+ years of experience in Supply Chain Business Planning, ERP/MRP implementation, Project management, Change management, Cross-culture and countries experience, FMCG (preferred).
English and Spanish fluency are required. French, German or Portuguese are nice to have.
Availability to travel up to 50% on an annual basis.
