Supply Chain Manager

Supply Chain ManagerReporting to the managing director and leading a small and skilled team, our supply chain manager will be responsible for the procurement, supply chain planning, warehouses, and logistics for the European market. He/she will help TechMix build up the tools & processes to take us to a higher level of operational efficiency.
His/her main responsibilities will be:
Manage the information and product flow throughout our value chain.Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor the supply chain.Develop a trustful relationship with our customers, suppliers, and his/her team to achieve the results defined in the previously defined KPIs. Specifically, standardize our supply agreements with our contract manufacturers, ensure that their quality systems are in line with our expectations, and work with our suppliers to improve our packaging for improved image and sustainability.We are searching for someone with a Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields, with experience in managing the supply chain of a B2B company (ideally with experience in building a professional supply chain of a fast-growing small nutritional health company that operates in an international environment). The ideal candidate is proactive and enthusiastic about seeking out new business opportunities, with strong persuasion and negotiation skills, and who is able to inspire and manage a small team effectively. Fluency in English is a requirement.
