We are now hiring aSupply Chain & Customer Service Technician (Part-time work)Duties: Maintain close contact with customers to be aware of their product supply needs by receiving monthly rolling forecasts and eventual purchase orders. Plan production in coordination with the manufacturing sites, sending orders and monitoring compliance with deadlines. Coordinate with the QA & RA Manager for the release of production batches and with the customer for the dispatch of goods. Prepare the necessary documents for the dispatch of the goods and customs formalities. Request quotes from logistics' operators for the transport of goods and coordinate delivery with customers. In coordination with the QA & RA Manager, manage clients' artwork designs until final approval and implementation. Preparation and dispatch of samples and documents via courier services Keeping the documentation storage system up to date in accordance with the quality system. RequirementsRequirements: At least 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. Real high level of spoken and written English. Other languages will be an asset. Advanced MS Office user. Own vehicle.
