Omega CRM Consulting is looking for a Supplier Support Coordinator that would like to collaborate with one of the top 15 global pharmaceutical companies.This position is for coordination of support for defined applications within IT marketing and Sales organization:
Manage support team across all regionsWorking closely with selected vendorsOnboarding of new applications (from domains and projects)Manage support of current applicationsEnsure SLA fulfillment across all areasCollaborate with regional support teams to define support packagesConduct support/project related meetingsConsult on how to use contracts and how to build up standard support within the organizationCreate management reportsCross application incident/problem coordinationDefine and use communication standards to ensure good collaborationCollaborate with domain/business leads for application/project supportExperience: Associate degree in Computer Science or MIS or related field with a minimum of 4 years of experience; or Bachelor degree in Computer Science, or MIS, or a related field with a minimum of 2 years of experience; or a Master degree in Computer Science, MIS, with minimum 1 year of experience; or relevant Business or IT experience of minimum of 4 yearsKnowledge and experience with computer software systems, including CRM related applications (Veeva or Salesforce experience a plus)Project management experienceStrong verbal and written communication skillsExcellent analytical and problem solving skillsFocus on customer serviceSelf-management skillsStrong knowledge of MS office suite and SharePointTeamwork/Interpersonal skills, including experience working with diverse and global teamsWHAT DO WE OFFER Permanent contract.Flexible Schedule.
