At Siemens Gamesa, we are constantly seeking talented individuals to join our team and support our focus on energy transformation.How To Contribute To Our VisionWe are looking for an electrical engineer, with experience in quality and factory (in a production process) who will:Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods and tools, for respective management to decide.Advise business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.Ensure and implement quality related standards, guidelines and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.Analyze working environment and propose improvements to management.Keep abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.Drive and coach unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.Contribute to budget planning processes.Train employees in a specific quality area.Coordinate a group of quality related staff without leading the team.Ensure effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarify issues.What You Need To Make a DifferenceA passion for renewable energy and a sense for the importance to lead the change.
