Responsibilities
Participar activamente en el proceso mensual del S&OP, teniendo en cuenta el análisis de la previsión de ventas, la capacidad demostrada, los niveles de inventario, así como las estrategias de producción para garantizar que los problemas / riesgos se traten de manera adecuada, alineando la demanda con la capacidad y disponibilidad de materiales.
Crear el plan de producción para el horizonte de planificación manteniendo los acuerdos de capacidad con la Planta.
En colaboración con la Planta, revisar la ejecución de los planes de producción para asegurar programas de producción realistas y ejecutables.
En comunicación con servicio cliente, chequear las prioridades de planificación frente a los recursos disponibles (Planificador de la Capacidad), mantener y adaptar la programación a los cambios producidos, informando a las áreas implicadas, del estado y plazos.
Llevar a cabo los programas MRP (Material Requirement Planning) y realizar las solicitudes de pedido de materiales, así como de las solicitudes intercompany.
Establecer y realizar seguimientos de los programas de aprovisionamiento. Garantizando el suministro de todas las materias primas necesarias a través de la función compras.
En colaboración con el resto de los departamentos, controla la prevención de obsoletos gestionando los Slow Moving (lento movimiento).
Verifica y propone actualizaciones de los datos maestros en SAP relacionados con el proceso de planificación, para garantizar que el sistema y el proceso se encuentran actualizados y funcionan de acuerdo con las directrices establecidas (por ejemplo, tiempos de entrega, tamaño lote, tiempos de producción, estrategias de producción; MTA, MTS, MTO).
Asiste a las reuniones establecidas para el control (estabilidad) y gestión (mejora) de los indicadores de los procesos.
Analizar la recurrencia de incidencias y proponer acciones de mejora para su prevención.
