About the Role: As a Strategy Project Consultant , you will play a pivotal role in driving international client projects and internal strategic and transformation initiatives.
Leveraging your expertise, you will continuously enhance methodologies, tools, and techniques to ensure impactful results.
Working with cross-border teams and supporting global business lines across various industries, you will ensure seamless coordination and communication among stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities: Lead end-to-end delivery of strategic and operational consulting projects, structuring complex challenges, building evidence-based insights, refining recommendations, and communicating outcomes effectively.
Apply methodologies and expertise to frame and execute projects, ensuring timely, high-quality, and cost-efficient delivery.
Develop and implement project structures, governance frameworks, and stakeholder management plans.
Drive progress by setting project pacing, engaging stakeholders, and ensuring accountability for actions and milestones.
Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings and workshops using advanced techniques to generate actionable results.
Create and deliver compelling presentations and reports for clients and senior management.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of strategies, frameworks, and methodologies within the organization.
Promote knowledge sharing and provide coaching and mentorship to team members.
Desired Skills and Experience: Master's degree in Economics, Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in consulting, strategy, or cross-functional project management.
Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multinational projects from initiation through successful completion.
Mandatory experience working in a Big 4 firm or a similar top-tier consulting environment.
Strategic mindset with exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability to dive into specific areas and deliver measurable operational impact.
Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to lead workshops, meetings, and training sessions effectively.
Excellent organizational, critical thinking, and time management skills.
Client-focused mindset with a proactive, service-oriented approach to anticipating needs.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders at all levels.
Resilience, adaptability, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Commitment to maintaining confidentiality.
Proficiency in English (oral and written); additional proficiency in French is a plus.
