Strategic Planning Analyst Trainee (M/F/D)

YOUR TASKS: Control suppliers and contract review.
Risk assessment.
Approval recording in data base in Sharepoint.
Monitoring of performance and delays in the workflow.
Support Working Capital improvement plan controlling database updates and organizing reviews.
Monitoring and controlling Procurement Plan.
Support with data extraction and update of Power BI data base.
Control of homologations in the sharepoint list and updates.
Project management, data analysis and integration.
YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in economics or industrial engineering.
Follow oral and written instructions in English and communicate effectively.
Microsoft office Excel advanced user, good understanding in Data management.
Power BI and SharePoint knowledge.
Good communication and people management skills.
Demonstrated ability in utilizing historical data and visualization tools.
Ability to successfully interact with all organizational levels internally.
Demonstrated ability to manage several activities/projects at once, organize/prioritize work, meet deadlines, and prepare plans and reports.
