Job DescriptionWe are searching for a new Senior Application Support Analyst to join our global Business Systems team, with extensive knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors.
In this role, you will provide tier 2/3 support for the global SAP SuccessFactors application by resolving production support tickets, addressing logged issues, managing users, and coordinating escalations as necessary.
Key ResponsibilitiesIdentify opportunities for application enhancement to improve efficiency and resilience.Create and manage all aspects of users' application security; profiles, roles, permissions, and sharing rules in SuccessFactors.Prepare and execute manual data migrations as requested.Configure system settings, workflows, and processes to meet specific business requirements.Update and document knowledge base articles and system process flows as required.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration between SuccessFactors modules and other HR systems.Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization within the SuccessFactors environment.Stay informed about system updates and industry best practices to enhance system capabilities.Contribute to the bi-annual SuccessFactors release management process.Create and maintain custom reports and dashboards to provide key HR metrics and analytics, including Table, Canvas, and Story reporting within SuccessFactors.Work with stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and deliver actionable insights.Support the broader production team by triaging issues for other business applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, ZenDesk, Totango, SmartRecruiters, and more.Work closely and effectively with business stakeholders, the development team, and other run-team members to ensure application performance and end-user satisfaction.Occasional after-hours support may be required due to high volumes of tickets.QualificationsAdvanced knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors Administrator credentials.Strong organizational and communication skills.Experience with ITIL/ITSM processes, SDLC best practices, ticketing systems including Freshworks and Jira.Experience with data tools like Data Loader and Demand Tools is preferred.Prior experience with additional business applications: Salesforce, NetSuite, Varicent, Totango, Zendesk, SmartRecruiters, and Boomi is a plus.Excellent ability to work across the organization with users at various levels of application proficiency.Passion to work within a fast-paced, high-energy, high-tech environment.Must have very good written and verbal communication skills.Must be self-motivated and proactive.Comfortable working on a variety of simple to complex projects.Comfortable working with a large organization with a global footprint would be a plus.Prior experience with Agile methodology.Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Systems preferred.
