Job Summary
5 years of experience in the role of Product Owner / Business Analyst in digital projects.
• Technical background with experience in the development world ideally knowledge of APIs (being able to read and understand logs and review code).
Language: English and Spanish• Knowledge of one or more banking products / processes (accounts, payments, cards, accounting, loans, deposits, contact center, wealth onboarding...).
• Use of Jira and Confluence.
Responsibilities
• Functional definition of initiatives, epics, and user stories and manage their development and deliveries supporting the development team and working hand in hand with the team's Software Manager.
