This will require periodic and ad-hoc reports and reporting tools for internal and external customers. This position will support reporting and analysis at the corporate level as well as divisional level. This position will also assist with high-profile asset financing reports such as AR Securitizations and AR Factoring.Your New Responsibilities:Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable Portfolio ReportingResearch, analyze and synthesize large amounts of data from multiple sources into business information for Global WBD Order to Cash and Purchase to Pay.Create reports and reporting tools to provide visibility for key AR and AP stakeholders.Create reporting to assist stakeholders and leadership in AR Collections, Cash Target, AP Payments, and Cash Disbursement decision-making.Provide company-wide as well as division-specific reporting.Ensure quality and accuracy of reporting through strong understanding and analysis of data.Support the monthly financial analysis with operations.Independently identify and resolve reporting issues. Escalate appropriately.Create and maintain periodic and ad-hoc reports using various reporting software like Hyperion Essbase, SAP Business Objects, SQL, MS Suite, PowerBI, and Peoplesoft Query.Continually assess and implement automation of reporting and portfolio analytics.Responsible for sourcing and consolidating data for high-profile company AR reports like AR Securitization, Factoring and Bad Debt Reserves.Assist with division-specific reporting and manage consolidated company-wide reporting.Manage the various internal and external processes and communications to ensure compliance with all contractual and compliance protocols.Create reporting for leadership with Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and metrics to assist AR, AP and resource performance evaluation and trending.Prepare dashboards and ad-hoc reporting for senior leadership.Analyze AR reports, data, and metrics to identify business drivers, opportunities and risks.
