Your Role as a Customer Advisor: Represent a worldwide brand; Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms; Develop customer relationships and grant the best experience for the customer; Troubleshoot through the use of open questions, support documents, and system training; Offer recommendations to common problems or frequently asked questions.
What do you need to have: At least C2 of Spanish ;Deliver high-quality service across multiple support platforms; Experience in customer/technical support (preferable but not necessary as you will receive training); EU passport, residence card from Portugal or Ukrainian refugee certificate.
