Our client, a Spain-based agency is looking for a Spanish citizen for a Community Manager and Customer Service. For this role we are looking for someone that is a Spanish citizen based in Spain and must have a Spanish accent , at this time we won't consider candidates from LATAM. This role has a very particular schedule, it will take around 5 hours per day from Monday to Saturday, and around 3 hours on Sunday.
Responsibilities:
Will be responsible for handling key operational tasks, managing the company's online communities, and ensuring smooth communication with users via email and platforms such as Discord and Telegram.
Respond promptly and efficiently to customer emails.
Conduct web page analysis and create practical guides for users (approximately 3 hours of daily tasks).
Manage and moderate Discord and Telegram communities, maintaining a friendly and organized environment.
Collaborate with the team on other operational tasks related to the company's daily activities.
Must be over 25 years of age.
University degree or equivalent education.
At least 1 year of prior experience in similar roles.
Positive attitude, with strong and friendly communication skills.
Previous knowledge of Wordpress and Elementor.
Native-level Spanish (from Spain) and minimum English proficiency.
Previous experience as a virtual assistant in business roles.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Competive salary: 800 - 1100 euro
