The Impact You'll Make in this Role As a Paralegal for Legal Entities Governance (m/f/x), you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world.
Here, you will make an impact by: Supporting Solventum subsidiaries in France, Italy, Israel, Spain, Belgium, and Portugal with their annual governance and compliance process and other corporate legal resolutions, including Directors & Officers and other event-driven changes.
Supervising and directing the work of third-party service providers for corporate and subsidiary governance.
Maintaining Solventum's corporate records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Partnering with Legal, Treasury, Finance, and Tax teams on governance aspects of corporate reorganizations/restructurings.
Helping streamline and manage corporate governance processes and compliance risks.
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications: Bachelor's Degree or higher from an accredited university.
Experience in corporate registration procedures in Spain (additional experience in France, Belgium, and Portugal is a plus).
Experience in using new technology for subsidiary management and governance.
Experience in performing legal research.
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Ability to work autonomously and manage a high volume and complex workload.
Comfortable working with all levels of management.
Ability to handle sensitive issues confidentially and diplomatically.
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with an electronic board portal, such as Diligent Boards.
Experience in coordinating complex tasks with multiple team members with a strong focus on collaboration.
Notary public qualification.
Work location: Hybrid Travel: May include up to 10% domestic.
Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status.
