Position Summary:
The Solution Manager is accountable for the capture, documentation and management of business requirements, needs and outcomes within Nestlé's Content Hub & Brand Hub solutions. They are responsible for building, maintaining and managing an effective team of Business Analysts each with their own areas of subject-matter-expertise, and managing the day-to-day solution backlog. They work closely with the Product Technical Manager as a peer, to ensure that solutions are presented, approved and implemented aligned to business expectations and success conditions. They must act as a bridge between business stakeholders & champions (Global, Regional and Market-based) ecosystem strategy, operations leads & implementation teams.
What you'll do Engages proactively with strategy leads & other stakeholders to understand the business and ecosystem vision & strategies, and the outcomes and objectives that drive these.Responsible for translation of strategy & vision into documented requirements, ensuring scalability, replicability, and adaptability to emerging market and consumer trends.Continuously monitors and evaluates emerging technologies, best practices, ways-of-working and innovations to improve results.Oversees and manages the day-to-day requirements backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives and BA resource availability.Manages the discovery process to ensure user stories and epics are well-defined, with clear acceptance criteria, to support efficient and effective development.Leads Business Analysts to balance workload distribution across the team, maintaining alignment with organizational priorities.Works closely with the Product Technical Manager and associated teams to find innovative solutions to complex problems, ensuring alignment between technical capabilities and business needs.Coaches and mentors Business Analysts and other team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.We offer you
