Job Title: Solar PV Project Manager Location: Remote – Spain The Client: Our client is a leading independent power producer in the renewable energy sector, specialising in large-scale Solar PV, BESS, and Wind projects across Europe. To date, they have achieved a renewable installed capacity exceeding 15GW, reflecting their commitment to sustainable energy solutions. With an ambitious pipeline of 5 GW in development, they continue to drive the clean energy transition across multiple European markets. To support their expanding operations in Spain, they are seeking a Project Manager to oversee the management of solar PV projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of Solar PV projects, from planning and design through construction, commissioning, and handover. Oversee on-site construction activities, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and safety standards. Manage contracts, negotiate terms with subcontractors, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Coordinate with various project stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams. Conduct site visits to monitor project progress, resolve issues, and ensure quality control. Report regularly to stakeholders on project status, risks, and mitigation strategies. Ensure all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget, meeting high-quality standards. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in Renewable Energy (Solar PV, BESS, Wind) project management, with a focus on construction sites. Demonstrated experience in managing construction sites, subcontractors, and contracts. Strong understanding of contract management, safety regulations, and industry best practices. Strong leadership and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Flexibility to work remotely, with infrequent travel required for site visits across Spain.
