We are expanding our teams in the Defence sector where you will be involved in an important defence program, leading edge in its field in R&D, where GMV will lead the navigation system and participate in its guidance.
WHAT CHALLENGE WILL YOU BE TAKING ON? In our team you will carry out the R&D and validation of advanced navigation algorithms in the military and defence domain, for ground, maritime and aerial applications.
Among the main functions, you will perform analysis of existing and state-of-the-art algorithms, develop and implement new algorithms, as well as their coding.
WHAT DO WE NEED IN OUR TEAM? For this position, we are looking for aeronautical engineers or engineers from related fields, with a passion and interest for algorithms and the defence sector, as well as a high level of applied mathematics, classical mechanics and Python and C/C++.
Knowledge of navigation (Kalman filter, hybridisation, GNSS error modelling...), knowledge of guidance and control (classical, modern...) will also be nice to have.
