THE ROLE
We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Strategist who will be responsible for managing and growing our online presence across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in digital marketing within the Travel / Hospitality industries, focusing on engaging audiences and driving conversion through compelling content and targeted advertising campaigns.
Your responsibilities will include:
Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase our brand visibility, engagement, and traffic across all platforms.
Create and schedule regular, engaging content tailored to each platform, reflecting our brand's voice and objectives.
Monitor, analyze, and report on performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to improve results.
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and technologies to drive innovative and effective marketing strategies.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent brand message.
Plan and execute paid media campaigns across social media platforms ensuring alignment with our marketing goals and budget.
What you need to succeed:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
At least 3-5 years of experience in social media management preferably in the Travel / Hospitality industries. Paid Media experience will be considered.
Strong understanding of social media analytics and performance tracking tools.
Experience with content creation, from ideation to production, including graphic design and video editing skills.
Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Spanish and/or French native language is a must.
Highly organized, creative, and strategic thinker with attention to detail.
Demonstrated passion for travel and a good understanding of the Travel/ Hospitality industries.
