Social Media Specialist

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and executing social media strategies across various platforms to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive business growth.Key Responsibilities:Implement and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.Create, curate, and schedule engaging content for all social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics.Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement.Analyze and report on the performance of social media campaigns.Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency across all channels.Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages, and foster a positive community.Identify and manage relationships with social media influencers and brand ambassadors.Manage the content calendar to ensure timely publication of materials.Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, tools, and technologies.Plan and execute paid social media advertising campaigns.Conduct social media audits to assess overall health and performance.Provide insights and recommendations to improve social media strategy and content.Manage social media crises and provide timely responses to negative feedback or situations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.Proven experience in Social Media management or similar role.Excellent knowledge of Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, and other social media platforms.Strong understanding of social media KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Buffer).Creative thinking and the ability to develop engaging content.Strong communication, writing, and editing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong project management and organizational skills.Familiarity with graphic design and video editing tools is a plus.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Company Christmas giftOpportunities for promotionPaid trainingPromotion to permanent employeeSchedule:8 hour shiftMonday to Friday
