.Job Title: Social and Behavioural Change Consultant Location: Remote / UK / Netherlands / Spain (will consider other countries) About the Role: As a Social and Behavioural Change Consultant, you will be part of our Consulting Team responsible for developing evidence-based programmes, interventions, and campaigns to create social change. You will work closely with the Creative Team to ensure that all our creative executions are audience-centric and meet our strategic goals. Additionally, you will work with the Campaign Team to develop digital content and channel strategies and the Business Development team to engage clients and identify new business opportunities. You will also be responsible for developing our approaches to different thematic areas and evolving our in-house methodologies.Responsibilities: Develop evidence-based programmes, interventions, and campaigns that drive social change.Break down complex policy or social issues into specific opportunities to create change through systems and stakeholder mapping.Identify gaps in knowledge, write research, and extract key insights from research products.Design multidimensional development programmes, including key activities and guardrails for delivering those activities.Apply different change techniques to development programming.Articulate visually and verbally the strategy behind a programme, intervention, campaign, or activity.Keep the entire programming team on track by spotting deviations from the strategic approach and suggesting adjustments to get back on course.Identify and engage appropriate project partners, including local civil society organisations, subject matter/technical experts, and government stakeholders.Regularly engage with clients and partners to identify priorities and needs, and opportunities for future work.Write clear creative briefs, audience journeys, and messaging frameworks to support campaign design.Ensure that all projects have meaningful and achievable KPIs that can turn into a Theory of Change.Use monitoring and evaluation data to suggest project improvements and design new business ideas.Write compelling case studies and change stories and identify new ways to amplify business/project successes.Requirements: Solid understanding of behavioural science and strategic communications.Ability to break down big policy or social issues into specific opportunities to create change through systems and stakeholder mapping.Experience in designing multidimensional development programmes with key activities and guardrails.Good understanding of different change techniques and how they can be applied to development programming.Ability to articulate visually and verbally the strategy behind a programme, intervention, campaign, or activity.Strong project management skills, including the ability to keep the entire programming team on track and adjust the strategic approach as needed
