We are looking for a highly motivated SMB Account Manager to oversee our independent landlord network and support the expansion of new APMs. This is an exciting opportunity to join InPost's Iberia team at a time of rapid growth. As we continue expanding, there is a greater focus on managing existing partnerships to drive utilisation and further growth across the network.
What responsibilities and objectives will you have?
Manage all escalations from our independent landlord portfolio, ensuring timely responses and fast resolutions that drive high customer satisfaction.
Resolve day-to-day operational issues preventing successful delivery or collection of parcels.
Share feedback and insights across the Iberia Network team to refine strategies for independent partners.
Conduct thorough analysis of queries to assess contract compliance and apply penalties when necessary.
Collaborate closely with Customer Support, Deployment, Legal, and Finance teams to streamline processes and improve the management of independent partner queries.
Proactively find solutions with independent partners to mitigate additional InPost costs, such as locker removals.
Support the expansion of new APMs by identifying opportunities and contributing to the strategic growth of the network.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and report progress to the Head of Account Management, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.

Proven experience in building and developing client relationships, especially with SMBs.

Exceptional attention to detail to identify data inconsistencies and gaps, and the ability to rectify them.
Confidence in using reporting systems, databases, and CRM tools (experience with Gainsight or similar platforms is a plus).
Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese is a strong advantage.
