MISSION: The Site Manager is the Nordex's representative on Site accountable to execute Nordex Windfarms, fulfilling the HSE and Quality standards, and delivering the project's scope of work within budget and schedule.
Is the main responsible on-site.
MY TASKS: Ensure that all project on site activities comply with general Nordex QHSE regulations and specific QHSE regulations for construction sites Manage the whole construction activities to meet deadline, cost, quality, safety and environmental requirements Ensure the execution of contracts acquired with suppliers and customers Manage the relationship with the customer at the site level in alignment with the PM Contract and relationship management with subcontractors, suppliers and provides delivering their scope of work on site Coordinate his/her team in site to deliver the scope of work Manage the activities and tasks site related during the execution readiness process.
Report internally as defined in the Governance plan YOUR PROFILE: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline, Other degrees will be considered proving an extensive experience in the wind industry (5 to 7 years).
