Joining us means joining a caring, responsible, and innovative company where more than 70,000 people lead the way to greener and smarter mobility worldwide.Play your part in bringing together mobility and responsibility by joining Alstom team as a Site Expert in ERP Deployment and Coordination in Valle de Trápaga (Vizcaya).MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:Be the Key User for Industrial Information System Tools: ERP, SES...Perform the tests before implementation or update.Ensure the data migration and eventually pilot the data rework.Participate in the Key Users network and support the KUs in the tools and processes.Train the users when needed.Assure the update of the technical and industrial documentation of the projects.Follow and analyse the technical performances of the systems and the efficiency of the maintenance plan and processes, promoting action plans to improve them.Act as a point of contact between the central development teams to uptake new functionalities and processes.Manage the technical and industrial documentation within the system and any required interface.Monitor industrial activities, develop reports and analyse the use of the systems.EXPERIENCE PREREQUISITES & REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:Educational Requirements:- Technical education- Fluent in Spanish and English (read, written and spoken)Experience:- Experience in ERP implementation- Strong experience with an ERP (such as AS400 and SAP) managementCompetencies & Skills:Capacity to transmit, coach and train othersFocused on continuous improvement & efficiencyCommits and deliversSelf-MotivatedLogical and organizedGood communication skillsAttention to detailAbility to work independentlyAlstom is the leading company in the mobility sector, solving the most interesting challenges for tomorrow's mobility.
