Job Title Service Delivery Senior Specialist (Coupa and SAP MM)
Currently, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Service Delivery Senior Specialist who will contribute to enhance financial systems: Coupa and Budget to pay tool (SAP MM). The person in this position will be responsible for designing, building, and testing cycles for any Purchasing functionality of the system to be implemented, and defining Budget to Pay processes with Coupa solution and its integration to any other solution in the Amadeus Finance Landscape based on business requirements.
In this role you'll: Conduct all necessary configuration activities to customize Coupa & SAP MM as per customer requirements Create functional requirements for application design Test any new functionality applied to assure business continuity Implement and support integration from Coupa with Third parties (ie: Ironclad/celonis/LBC/GRC/BW/Click) Configure and maintain cXML integration between Coupa for vendors Manage Coupa Release (DBT cycle) Support end users. Problem and incident resolution Assure requirements evolution and continuous improvement of Coupa Assist business units and vendors in BtP. Deliver end users training and documentation About the ideal candidate University degree in Economics / Business Degree / Engineering More than 5 years' experience in consultancy role working in IT implementation projects for Coupa and the integrations with ERP/Finance System Knowledge of SAP system in the area of Material Management and Accounts Payable Knowledge of Purchasing support function Fluent English. Other languages will be an asset. Strong project management skills Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and teams.
