Service Delivery Senior Specialist (Coupa and SAP MM)Currently, we are looking for a candidate for the position of Service Delivery Senior Specialist who will contribute to enhance financial systems: Coupa and Budget to pay tool (SAP MM). The person on this position will be responsible for designing, building and testing cycle for any Purchasing functionality of the system to be implemented, and defining Budget to Pay processes with Coupa solution and its integration to any other solution in the Amadeus Finance Landscape based on business requirements.
In this role you'll: Conduct all necessary configuration activities to customize Coupa & SAP MM as per customer requirementsCreate functional requirements to application designTest any new functionality applied to assure business continuityImplement and support integration from Coupa with Third parties (ie: Ironclad/celonis/LBC/GRC/BW/Click )Configure and maintain cXML integration between Coupa for vendorsManage Coupa Release (DBT cycle ) Support end users. Problem and incident resolutionAssure requirements evolution and continues improvement of the CoupaAssist business units and vendors in BtP. Deliver end users training and documentationAbout the ideal candidate University degree in Economics / Business Degree /EngineeringMore than 5 years' experience in consultancy role working in IT implementation projects for Coupa and the integrations with ERP/Finance SystemKnowledge of SAP system in the area of Material Management and Accounts PayableKnowledge of Purchasing support functionFluent English.
