The portfolio of websites you will manage is based on WordPress systems and includes casino affiliation sites.ResponsibilitiesTechnical Responsibilities Develop and maintain an SEO product roadmap aligned with industry trends and company objectives. Define requirements for new SEO features, focusing on user intent, search engine optimization, and maximizing organic traffic. Manage the development backlog, prioritizing tasks based on business impact and potential ROI. Ensure all SEO product deliverables are high quality, meet user expectations, and comply with technical specifications. Conduct regular SEO audits, including technical SEO, feature comparisons, and competitor analysis to identify improvement areas. Lead the optimization of Core Web Vitals across the portfolio, collaborating with the development team to enhance user experience and SEO performance. Leadership Responsibilities Lead and manage the development team, fostering innovation and accountability. Conduct regular stakeholder meetings to gather input, communicate progress, manage expectations, and leverage group knowledge. Create and maintain training and onboarding documents for SEO practices for your portfolio, ensuring smooth operations and easy adoption of new features. Implement and manage the scrum process, ensuring agile practices are followed and optimized for the team's workflow. Manage system releases and maintain effective communication with all stakeholders regarding developments, timelines, and impacts. Financial Responsibilities Develop business cases for new initiatives, ensuring they align with strategic goals and demonstrate clear ROI, particularly in relation to affiliate revenues. Manage development costs and ensure each sprint or project phase delivers significant value and remains within budget.
