We are looking for a UX Researcher to join Partner's (B2B) team.
You will be part of a small and constantly evolving UX team, where together with Product Design, UX Writing, Data, Product Development and Ops, all collaborating in one organization.
As a UX Researcher at Partner's Team you will ensure multiple product teams make data-informed and empathic decisions by building a deep understanding of our partners' needs, turning qualitative and quantitative user research into actionable insights and artifacts which will help shape the future of our product.You will also work on identifying opportunities to elevate the value of UXR across the team and org.Be a part of a team where you will:Work closely with product, as well as other researchers, to identify our partners' expectations, mental models, needs and motivations.Work cross-functionally with many stakeholders including product management, data science, design, engineering, and marketing.Create and execute studies that address both user behavior and attitudes, using the right methodology for the right questions.Have the opportunity to visit our partners' restaurants and stores to investigate their mental models and behaviors, assessing how our digital solutions relate to our partners' physical challenges.Synthesize qualitative and mixed methods - interviews, surveys, online platform tools, usability tests, beta testers groups, review analysis, ethnographic studies - into well-founded conclusions and proposals.Generate insights that both fuel ideation and evaluate designs.Ability to ask and answer meaningful and impactful questions.Communicate and document findings and recommendations in a written or presentation format to peers and stakeholders.Work in an environment built on trust, inclusiveness, constructive feedback and flexibility in a flat structure with a collaborative mindset.You have:Relevant expertise in UX Research in Product environments.3 or more years of experience with research applied to mobile and web products.Recognize familiarity and comfort working with quantitative Data teams and tools.Excellent spoken and written English and Spanish.Strong stakeholders management skills.Past experience collaborating with different roles like PM, PA, PD etc.Familiarity with running workshops and co-creation sessions.Ability to identify appropriate methods, execute studies, and synthesize findings.Strong communication and storytelling skills to spread your findings accurately and comprehensively across Glovo.Nice to have: Degree in Behavioural Economics, Social Sciences, Human-Computer Interaction, Service Design or related fields.Experience our Glovo Life benefits:Enticing Phantom Shares planAttractive Relocation package (if applicable)Comprehensive Private Health InsuranceCobee discounts on kindergarten, transportation, and foodFree monthly Glovo credits to spend on our restaurant products (and zero Glovo delivery fee on all Glovo orders!
