You'll engage in the full UX design process—from research and requirement definition to designing solutions and supporting implementation. You excel at coordinating designs across multi-disciplinary teams, effectively communicating design considerations to diverse audiences, including engineers, management, and customers.You'll make a difference by:Using user research insights to design seamless user experiences, from low-fidelity sketches to high-fidelity mock-ups, and create rapid prototypes to validate concepts with stakeholders.Presenting design insights and recommendations to diverse audiences, including engineers, management, and senior decision-makers.Facilitating cross-disciplinary workshops, promoting co-design and design-thinking methodologies.Advocating for user needs while fostering collaboration with global, multi-disciplinary teams.Your success is grounded in:Delivering design solutions as a UX or interaction designer.Proficiency in a wide range of UX methods, including acquiring user data and research, then using these outputs to create personas and journey maps, low fidelity wireframes through to development ready high-fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.Ability to effectively communicate and present design direction, including business recommendations and customer insights, to senior decision-makers.Skilled in defining and maintaining design patterns and UX standards.Designing within an agile development environment.Solid Figma skills, including using components and design system libraries.Proven ability to deliver design solutions for projects of large scope and complexity.Join our Digital WorldA collection of over 377,000 minds building the future, one day at a time in over 200 countries.
