Strong communication skills in English are required.A Day in the Life We offer you a position where you are responsible for delivery of Robotic Assisted Surgery (RAS) technology training to surgeons, first assistants, and Operating Room staff from a variety of surgical specialties aligned with the core strategy. You will be actively involved in the continuous improvement of training programs and provide support for customer training and training research initiatives. You will establish relationships within designated external training entities in targeted global geographies.It will also be your responsibility to manage training center logistics, inventory, and training calendars in conjunction with key stakeholders. Together with training center staff, maintaining all capital equipment, including but not limited to the cleaning and reprocessing of instruments and accessories will be your responsibility as well. You will be expected to deliver valuable training courses to Health Care Professionals (HCP) at designated training partner facilities. Topics will include:Introduction to robotic surgery, features and benefits and systems comparisonSystem overview, instrument portfolio and accessoriesPre-operative phasePatient positioning, ports and Arm Cart set upIntra-operative use, surgeon and bedside activities and interactionsConsole controls and activitiesTroubleshootingPost-operative phaseThis position also requires collaboration with the Business Developers and Start Up Specialist team in a creative, dependable, and flexible manner to improve existing training programs.
