You can also lead entire strategy for some areas of focusIdentify short-term and long-term gaps in the talent demand and advise on solutions to talent challengesCommunicate with candidates in all steps of the recruitment processPromote Hitachi Energy as an employer of choice in relevant forums (job fairs, student & professional events, social media)Support in developing Hitachi Energy's recruitment strategy to identify and attract top talentAnalyze and interpret recruitment dataYour backgroundYou hold a bachelor degree within HR, Business Administration, Engineering and/or other relevant areas.More than 8 years of experience in recruitment with a Global / Cross country role, preferably from a similar industryAs a person you are flexible, humble, determined and can work independently as well as collaborate well with othersYou enjoy working with both operational and strategic tasksYou are a customer-and service orientated person with strong communication skillsIn this role it is important to be structured and be able to work effectively with several processes at onceFluency in English & Spanish.
