It offers a distinct point of difference, technology which has been specifically engineered for mobile and OTT markets, thereby offering brands and agencies increased trust and transparency.Tappx has headlined across numerous high profile competitive growth rankings such as Red Herring in 2016, TECH5 in 2018 and in 2020 Tappx was featured as Europe's 2nd fastest growing advertising company in The Financial Times FT1000.In Tappx we keep growing and, therefore, we are looking for new talented people to join our SSP Supply department.As a Supply Account Manager you will:Publisher Optimization and Relationship buildingManage a portfolio of key publishers.Analyze daily data to detect possible optimizations according to the Tappx KPIs.Develop a deep understanding of Tappx ´s KPIs and performance drivers.Build strong relationships with publishers: Demonstrate a consultative approach, understanding their business goals and finding ways to help them reach those goals with Tappx.Troubleshoot incidences.Log all important actions in the CRM (Hubspot).Cross-selling and UpsellingDefine a revenue growth strategy for each publisher.Upselling/Cross-selling current activity: Adding new products (apps, webs, formats, Geos...).Communicate and assist publishers in implementing these strategies.AM StrategyRepresent Tappx within Publisher community.Gather feedback from the publishers on possible improvements or new features and transmit them to your Team Leader.Demonstrate curiosity to learn and keep yourself updated, in order to become an expert in your field.Analysis of performance KPIs, trends and results, to detect issues or opportunities that allow the SSP to develop contingency / business plans, strategies or new developments.Staying in touch with clients to identify industry trends, relevant events, etc
