We proudly maintain the highest level of client advocacy in the industry, and our clients have outperformed the stock market 4-to-1.WHO YOU'LL WORK WITH:The Senior Specialist, Practice Marketing will work closely with Practice Marketing leadership to support the development and deployment of comprehensive marketing strategies to help meet the practice's commercial objectives. This role will be part of a dynamic team that develops and executes practice marketing plans, working with centers of excellence as needed such as editorial, brand, SEO, paid media, CRM/email, PR, digital campaigns, and events. It will also require close collaboration with peers in other practices, account marketing functions, and practice leadership. The role will report directly to a Practice marketing leader.WHAT YOU'LL DO:Collaborate with practice marketing leaders to develop and refine marketing strategies and plans for assigned practices, leveraging owned, paid, and earned channels.Support as a primary marketing contact for the practice, providing ongoing updates and guidance.Identify and monitor key target executives relevant to the practice's growth objectives (e.G., clients, prospects, influencers, alumni) and assist in engagement strategies.Coordinate the creation of intellectual property (IP) and key content to showcase practice thought leadership and commercial solutions.Identify significant events and conferences that convene senior executives and recommend Bain's attendance and participation.Campaign Execution and CoordinationImplement campaigns in collaboration with relevant marketing Centers of Excellence and local in-country marketing teams.Project manage an optimal mix of campaign assets across mailings, paid media, social, video, and in-person activations.Coordinate with Events team to deliver at premium events that target key audiences, locations, and timings to maximize impact, including third-party partnerships, sponsorships, and conferences
