As a Senior Solution Consultant, you manage projects ranging from small to complex intralogistics solutions in the commercial phase and lead the assigned internal team on the project.
You govern the progression of the project within the set deadline, budget constraints, and ensure compliance with the commercial process taking both the customer and internal milestones in mind.

Derive multiple conceptual ideas for an intralogistics solution, evaluate and compare these and select the best fitting concept for both the customer and us.
Govern the progression of the project within the set deadline and budget constraints, proactively address unexpected differences, and follow the necessary escalation measures where needed.
Ensure compliance with the commercial process taking both the customer and internal milestones in mind.
Identify potential risks and opportunities and develop contingency plans to mitigate them.
Lead internal project meetings and facilitate effective collaboration among team members.
Prepare and conduct customer meetings/workshops in collaboration with the sales department and help in clarifying technical questions.
Coordinate with external partners regarding suitable technology, implementation, and costs.
Starting from a standard template, write the proposal document which accurately reflects our offered solution towards the customer.
Manage the total cost calculation, ensure that all relevant costs are included and validated.
Required Skills and Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in solution development or a similar role within the intralogistics or automation industries.
Strong analytical skills, with proven experience in data analysis and material flow design.
Expertise in developing and comparing multiple conceptual solutions for complex projects.
Excellent understanding of commercial processes and customer engagement milestones.
Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with internal teams, customers, and external partners.
Proven leadership in facilitating meetings and ensuring team alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
Familiarity with risk management and contingency planning in large-scale projects.
Proficient in drafting clear, accurate proposal documents and managing total cost calculations.
Ability to manage scope and resources to meet both customer and internal requirements.
