We are looking for a software engineer with previous experience to join our Kronis team.

Kronis is the first SaaS in Europe oriented to facilitate the administrative and management tasks of European grants for R&D projects.
TasksCollaborate in a cross-functional team to design, develop, and maintain software applications that align with Sploro's business objectives and technical requirements.Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.Participate in code reviews, testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure high-quality software deliverables.Work closely with the CTO to standardize the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes, introducing industry best practices, methodologies, and tools to improve delivery and optimize the development process.Establish and promote coding standards, guidelines, and best practices within the development team to ensure consistency, maintainability, and scalability of the codebase.Mentor and guide less experienced developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning, collaboration, and adherence to established coding practices.RequirementsMinimum requirements: Bachelor's degree in computer science with a focus on software engineering.Interest in Sploro's business model.Minimum of 7 years of professional software development experience, with proficiency in Python preferred.At least 3 years of experience in product development, either at a product startup or in outsourcing, with a proven track record of remaining on the same project for the duration of that time.Willingness and ability to work with legacy codebases, as well as to write maintainable test code and production code.Medium-High level of English.Hands-on knowledge in the following topics is highly desirable:
