We are looking for a Senior Project Manager specialized in Leisure Groups to be part of our team in Madrid. Liberty International Spain is a DMC of Liberty International Tourism Group, the leading independent and privately owned international Destination Management Company, established 33 years ago, and operating in more than 90 destinations worldwide.
Your Tasks: Design and operate itineraries around Spain to create unique experiences for groups of different segments and markets.Sourcing and coordination of all elements of travel programs (hotels, restaurants, guides, transportation, activities, etc.).Contact and negotiation with local suppliers and international clients.Preparation of presentations for clients, roadbooks, and vouchers.Quoting, billing, and closing of files.What we offer: A challenging and diversified job, collaborating with a friendly international team. Requirements: At least 2 years experience in a similar position.Fluent in English (B2/C1) and Spanish. Any other language, German or French, would be an asset.Good knowledge of Spain as a leisure destination.Pro-active and enthusiastic personality with a high level of self-motivation.Common Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and an aptitude for learning database management programs.
