Senior Program Manager, Heavy Bulky, EU SellerFlex Job ID: 2665397 | Amazon EU SARL (UK Branch) - D67 We are looking for bright and ambitious individuals to join the EU 3P Heavy Bulky team to make Amazon the preferred Heavy Bulky platform for our Customers and Sellers, a focus area for EU Amazon.
In the 3P Heavy Bulky business we are constantly innovating to deliver best-in-class experience including premium services Scheduled Delivery (SD), Room of Choice (RoC), and additional services like installation, unpacking, recycling etc.
to our customers that buy products such as fridges, sofas, large screen TVs, furniture etc.
SellerFlex enables 3P Heavy Bulky Sellers to provide FBA parity customer experience whilst shipping from their own warehouse.
The role will be responsible to define and execute strategies to bridge Customer and Seller experience gaps, and scale the EU SellerFlex program.
What is the role?
You will join us as a Senior Program Manger and own multiple EU SellerFlex program work streams including Topline, and Recruitment.
You will drive initiatives to improve Customer and Seller experience.
This role can be flexibly performed from Luxembourg, Munich, Madrid, Milan or London.
Key job responsibilities - Own EU SellerFlex Topline (LT) goal - Own EU5 SF Recruitment (in-partnership with Country Team) goal - Co-own/ support 3P Heavy Bulky's 3 Year business planning, short-term and long-term strategy to help deliver multi-billion-dollar business.
- Understand EU SellerFlex Customer and Seller experience gaps, and define strategies to bridge them - Represent SellerFlex in regular business reviews and leadership forums - Work with partner teams including Sales, Account Management and Transportation to streamline processes and define new SOPs to accelerate Seller flywheel - Lead country specific sellers training and readiness program BASIC QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor's degree - Experience in program or project management - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience defining program requirements and using data and metrics to determine improvements - Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS - Master's degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience in complex problem solving, and working in a tight schedule environment - Experience leading process improvements Amazon is an equal opportunities employer.
