Key responsibilities/What you do
The Senior Product Manager B2C is responsible for the performance and evolution of B2C e-commerce websites in Europe, LATAM and APAC to exceed the expectations of our customers and to achieve business goals. The DPM is the champion for the website, driving the vision for transforming our ecommerce properties and creating best-in-class websites. The DPM will report directly to the Global Head of B2C.
Key Responsibilities
Execute the website strategy to optimize the customer experience and achieve overall revenue goals.
Own the website roadmap and prioritization with primary focus on solutions that are innovative, simple and intuitive to the customer: manage the backlog.
Responsible for the user experience testing program and test deployment; working closely with the B2C country managers and web analysts to define and develop tests.
Partner with Digital Project Manager, IT, local B2C representatives, and other business leads (i.e. Product, Operations, etc.) to ensure prioritization and on-time delivery.
Collaborate with our internal partner (e.g. GSMD) and UX designers to ensure that AEM (Adobe Experience Manager) templates and purchase path provide an optimal customer experience and provide acceptable flexibility to be maintained by B2C country managers.
Be the key point person for any site issues or obstacles in the development progress. Work to resolution and break down barriers, when needed, to remove roadblocks.
Utilize Adobe Analytics and other monitoring tools to understand how different customer segments use the website and identify opportunities to improve the user experience.
Understand customer needs; define customer personas and use cases.
Monitor market trends and competitor websites.
Stay current on website usability and design best practices, as well as regulatory topics, such as accessibility guidelines (WCAG).
Provide regular updates to key stakeholders, including presentations to senior management.
May perform other duties, such as special projects or competitive analysis, as assigned.
Key requirements/What you bring Demonstrated experience in a similar position with 8+ years of relevant work experience in an e-commerce digital product management role; working with cross-functional teams, including IT, UX, design, and QA.
Strong technical knowledge of solutions used in an ecommerce environment ( Adobe Experience Cloud preferred) and experience working with web design, UX, and content development.
Experience working in an Agile environment necessary.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; organizational and project management skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
An entrepreneurial spirit and interest in continuous learning, as well as a passion for coming up with creative solutions.
Passionate about leveraging technology to power the customer experience.
Intermediate level proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Proficiency with one or more business intelligence tools (e.g. Power BI or MicroStrategy).
Experience in digital marketing and KPIs (e.g. CTR, CPC, CPA, Acquisition Ratio) a plus.
Ability to synthesize information from multiple sources.
Experience working internationally with good ability for cross-border adaptation, preferred.
Fluent in English.
