Our Senior Product Designer (f/m/d) is a high-impact role in which you'll work closely with different stakeholders, engineers, product managers and users.
This is your chance to boost your career in Product Design and join a fast-growing and well-funded startup with high ambitions. You'll be working with Andreas Jacob, our VP of Product and Maximilian Messing, our Co-Founder & CTO.
What you'll do You understand our customers by leveraging qualitative and quantitative data and serve as their advocate when making design decisions. You collaborate closely with fellow Designers, Product Managers, Engineers, and other stakeholders - owning and championing design throughout the planning and development lifecycle. You are able to explore and translate complex interactions into simple and user-centered solutions and push for standards and design quality in all our products and touch points. You collaborate in planning and observing user tests and other design research activities. You run discovery workshops with internal and external stakeholders to define opportunities within our product. You test and validate your hypothesis to find the best solutions for our customers and ensure consistency. You create success metrics to have a clear understanding of how your design impacts customers. You develop, evolve, and iterate on our design system and will therefore have a significant impact on our growing business. You deliver detailed wireframes, user flows, visual design, and other artifacts to agile development teams and refine as needed during project sprints. You prototype designs for user research using low-fidelity and high-fidelity prototypes. You educate and mentor other designers while setting the bar of quality in execution and process. What you need You have 3+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, Interaction Designer, or a similar UX-related role for B2B products within a fast-paced startup environment or agency. You possess a thorough knowledge of the Design Thinking methodology and process, and key artifacts (wireframes, personas, flows). You are obsessed with understanding the needs of the users of your services – with a demonstrated history of acquiring user data (e.g., conducting usability studies, performing user research, analyzing data). You have a strong, clean, and innovative design sense and can demonstrate the ability to create simple, elegant experiences for complex use cases. You have a proven track record in designing and shipping SaaS products across multiple platforms and can show off a design portfolio that speaks for itself. You enjoy leading discussions, promote design solutions and adapt design practices. You are highly proficient with Figma, Hotjar, and other relevant design tools. You are a team player who is used to agile work within cross-functional development teams and comfortable with aligning with all types of stakeholders.
