Senior Performance Marketing Specialist (Remote) Who are we?

We are in search of a dynamic, outcome-oriented individual with exceptional communication skills to become a part of our performance marketing team. Your role will involve collaborating closely with our clients and team members to formulate strategies and oversee the everyday management of our paid social, search, and display initiatives. You'll present our clients with insightful, actionable advice and proactively offer solutions that will assist them in achieving growth in the short, medium, and long term.
Job is open to all EU residents on a remote basis and/or onsite in our Barcelona office. *No recruiters please.

What should you bring:
4+ years managing Google Ads campaigns (search, display, shopping), preferably on the Google Marketing Platform (GMP)
4+ years of experience managing Paid Social campaigns on Meta, ideally also on TikTok and Pinterest
Advanced understanding of analytics, tracking solutions and attribution models
Ability to leverage data from different sources, and translate it into actionable insights to help you optimize campaigns
Advanced knowledge and experience with Google Analytics 4 and Looker Studio
Experience with SEM Rush and other competitive analysis tools
Great communication skills to deliver clear, actionable and relevant insights to both clients and internal stakeholders (data storytelling)
Fluent in English, both written and spoken
EU work permit
Responsibilities include:
Data and insights analysis for both client's brand and key industry competitors
Craft and deliver performance reviews and insights presentations to client's key stakeholders
Development of overall media investment and expansion strategies of cross-channel digital campaigns
Optimize campaigns on a daily basis across creative, bidding, audience data sets and daily budget management
Active collaboration with cross-functional teams (e.g. data, marketing, design, technical) in assessing campaign briefs and execution of day-to-day tactics that increase traffic, leads, revenue and ROAS
Creating actionable audiences and tailored messaging
Crafting and evaluating campaign performance of well-defined KPI's, learning and iterating based on results
