This position will play a crucial role in the success of Orca.
As a Senior Performance Marketing & Analytics Manager, you will have the opportunity to scale a consumer product to hundreds of thousands of recreational boaters around the world.

While the role is fully hands-on from the start, we expect you to gradually transition into a leadership role as our marketing department grows.
The ideal candidate has the technical acumen to define and execute an acquisition and retention growth plan, communicate effectively with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders, has excellent time management abilities, and is passionate about having an impact on users.
This role directly supports Orca's mission by ensuring Orca products reach millions of boaters.

What You'll Do You are accountable for Orca's acquisition and retention funnel performance.
In particular: Set up, scale, and optimize the acquisition and conversion funnel to turn leads into customers.
Create and execute a sustainable digital paid acquisition strategy.
Develop the analytics stack that helps us understand product usage, and supports our product development process.
Get under the skin of our target customers: Understand and experience their problems, needs, desires, and willingness to pay through interviews, analytics, surveys, and in-field user testing.
Define and execute the plans and campaigns to scale Orca to the next million boaters.
Build hooks and mechanisms to increase engagement and brand loyalty, and nurture Orca's community of boaters.
This role is a hybrid/on-premise role at our Madrid or Oslo office.
The startup nature of the team provides many different opportunities for you to make an impact and develop yourself.
What You'll Bring 2+ years of performance marketing experience running digital marketing campaigns via Meta, Google Search Ads, or similar platforms.
You have solved the problem of comparing different acquisition channels and optimizing budget allocation between them.
You have set up a marketing stack to understand product usage and satisfaction across different cohorts using Adjust, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, or similar.
Ideally, you have worked in a D2C startup and have successfully solved similar challenges.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
You have an empirical approach to making decisions: you develop strong hypotheses, design experiments to test them, interpret the results, and communicate your findings to the rest of the team.
You drive autonomy, proactivity, and ownership.
You actively expand your comfort zone by exploring new or unfamiliar tasks.
