Any other European languages will be a welcome addition.Over 4 years of experience in a people partnering or HR role in a global organisation.Familiarity with labour laws and payroll processes in multiple European countries.Can translate global policies into local processes and guidelines that align with organisational goals and values.Experience using data to inform strategic decisions, resource planning, and coaching leaders on performance and development.You show empathy and adapt your approach to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds and experiences.You're good at adapting strategies and plans to navigate unforeseen circumstances.Note: We emphasise skills, expertise and behavioural attributes over years of experience and traditional degrees.
