Payroll Services Lead -- Western EMEA ADP is hiring a Payroll Services Lead -- Western EMEA , supporting "GPSS" Global Payroll Shared Services, for internal ADP associates and business for initially Spain, and through time for potentially 5 -6 focus countries located in the Western EMEA region.
In this Service and Quality focused role, you will be able to use your country specific payroll and regulatory knowledge, while collaborating with a dedicated Payroll Processing Center of Excellence, in the delivery of consistently highly accurate, timely and compliant payroll services deliverables.
In this role, you will become part of the Global Payroll EMEA Region leadership team with a focus on service and quality.
You will look to establish and strengthen highly productive relationships with country and regional stakeholders, while engaging with purpose driven methodologies and approaches which seek to develop a state of continuous process improvements, a proactive mindset in the timely and accurate delivery of country products and services, establishing and maintaining an on-going state of audit readiness and risk mitigation, while continually seeking and developing innovation opportunities.
The Payroll Services Lead -- Western EMEA role will also be supported by a dedicated Global Payroll team of country specific payroll processing resources, reporting and analytics support, global tax and compliance expertise, a global payroll training academy and a quality assurance and controls team.
This position is an individual contributor role and will be based in the Barcelona, Spain ADP location and report directly to the EMEA Payroll Operations Director - Global Payroll Shared Services.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Quality Assurance and Controls Manage each payroll cycle and processing activities to ensure all payroll deliverables are completed on-time and accurate.
Accountable for leading overall payroll services operation for Spain, and through time, for 5 -6 multiple countries.
Lead post payroll review and learning sessions.
Continually identify process improvement opportunities and oversee process improvement framework.
Perform Standard Operating Procedures controls testing.
Verify that Global Payroll Training University training and learning sessions are functioning as designed in day-to-day operations.
Service Engagement Engage as primary country point of contact for payroll related service requests, with primary goal of providing World Class Customer Service, while increasing Speed to Serve and Speed of Delivery.
Continually identify opportunities to increase "NPS" Net Promoter Score performance.
Actively participate in the "MDI" Managing for Daily Improvement sessions.
Manage country specific service and product catalog items, to ensure ADP meets all external and internal associate and business obligations.
Responsible that all countries in scope of responsibilities are meeting and exceeding all SLA's.
Risk and Compliance Continually support "GPSS" Risk Awareness Raise Your Hand program, while being local program leader.
Develop, monitor, and validate "GPSS" 2 nd -line of defense risk mitigation and Target Risk Operating Model objectives.
Manage country Self Assurance Activities.
Verify all country specific regulatory requirements are being followed and executed as required.
Support and provide country specific expertise as it relates to local and regional business travel and subsequent tax compliance requirements.
Business Intelligence, Analytics and Reporting Produce weekly country specific weekly business intelligence reports and forward analysis and recommendations.
Participate in "GPSS" data mining and advanced analytics program.
Assist in the development of country specific dashboards and reporting products.
Lead with Regional Sr.
Payroll Manager Monthly Operational sessions with key stakeholders.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED: 5+ years of applicable multi-country payroll experience.
3+ years of payroll experience in complex operations.
1+ years of process excellence initiatives experience.
Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent in education and experience with a Major Area of Concentration in Business or accounting preferred or equivalent education and experience.
