The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work, a passion for animation, and a knack for storytelling.You will be in charge of devising and creating campaign content, including but not limited to:Social creative including 6-30" edits, more native & static content across platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), TikTok, and Snapchat.Display advertising, Web & eCom materials.Any smart digital activations that can bring the idea to life.Key Responsibilities:Lead a Motion team and coordinate with brand motion leaders globally to ensure consistency.Create campaign content including social, display advertising, and web materials.Collaborate with art directors and copywriters (both in Madrid & Hamburg) to support larger media goals.Take initiative to deliver innovative solutions and create graphic templates for easy use by team members.Adhere to brand guidelines while pushing creative boundaries.Stay informed on industry trends, client businesses, and product strategies.Qualifications Skills and Requirements:Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage people and lead a team.Expert-level knowledge of Adobe Suite, mainly After Effects with advanced features such as Expressions.Significant experience in motion graphics, demonstrated through a strong portfolio of work.Advanced understanding of animation principles and techniques.Experience with Storyteq and CreativeX platforms, including the creation of modular, dynamic, and templated creative assets.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Superb visual and conceptual skills to solve problems and create novel solutions.A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft
