Key Responsibilities: Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for various Sales roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation.Client Partnership: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their technical hiring needs, providing expert advice on market trends and recruitment strategies.Candidate Sourcing: Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including social media, job boards, networking, and direct outreach, to attract top Sales talent.Interviewing: Conduct in-depth technical and behavioral interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with client expectations.Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong talent pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of qualified candidates for current and future roles.Team Leadership: Mentor and guide junior recruiters, sharing your expertise to enhance the overall performance of the recruitment team.
