Group Internal IT AuditorPermanent: up to £60k DOE + Excellent Benefits + Discretionary BonusGlobal Financial Services GroupHybrid WFH / SouthamptonAs a trusted and preferred recruitment partner to one of the biggest names in the global financial services market for many years, we have been asked to assist in the hire of a permanent Audit Specialist to contribute to the effective delivery of both IT and business audits across the Group Internal Audit Plan.Key Responsibilities Assessing whether all significant risks are identified and appropriately reported by Management and the Risk Function to the Board, Executive Management and the Audit and Risk Committees.Assessing whether risks are adequately controlled and finding ways to improve the effectiveness of governance, risk management and the system of internal controls.Conducting detailed IT audit reviews and integrated audits reviewing business-specific technology to provide a cohesive assessment of a business area and its supporting IT operations.Skills / Experience Background in Internal or External Auditing, Risk and/or Compliance.Good understanding of IT and Business Risk and Controls in the Financial Services environment.Understanding of fundamental ITGCs including logical access, change management and IT operations.Ideally a relevant qualification (e.G., ACA, ACCA, CISA, IMC, CFA or other Internal Audit or Risk Management certification).Hybrid Working: Our client has offices located in Southampton and London. Ideally, you will be able to attend the Southampton office (or if not, the London office) a few times per month, with the remainder of your time spent working remotely from home.Perm Package: Alongside a competitive base salary up to £60k, core benefits include 26 days holiday, 10% non-contributory pension scheme, 4x Life Assurance, 75% Income Protection and Private Medical Insurance.
