In this role, you will work closely with client decision-makers and stakeholders to identify their needs, consult on recruitment strategies, and attract, assess, and select top-tier professionals on a global scale.
By leveraging your own expertise alongside BlueQuo's robust methodology and tools, you will maintain the highest standards of excellence throughout the recruitment process and negotiations, while fostering strong relationships with both clients and candidates.
Job Functions: Mapping & Sourcing: Analyze and consult on client needs to gain a complete understanding of the desired candidate profile, then actively search for the ideal candidates using various sourcing methods.
Recruitment & Assessment: Attract, assess, and present candidates by utilizing your expertise, market insights, and tools.
Negotiation: Lead the final negotiations between the client and the candidate, ensuring outcomes that benefit both parties.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for both clients and candidates.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers and other client representatives, provide market insights and professional advice, and ensure a smooth recruitment experience for everyone involved.
Reporting: Regularly share your KPIs, successes, and any concerns with your leader and the recruitment team.
Talent Identification: Proactively source, cultivate, and engage with a pipeline of qualified candidates who align with our clients' needs while anticipating future talent requirements.
Employer Branding: Help enhance and promote both BlueQuo's and our clients' employer brands.
Strategic Projects & Continuous Improvement: Identify and discuss opportunities for process improvements and value-added services that benefit both clients and the company with your leaders and recruitment team.
Requirements A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.
English proficiency at the C1 level.
Experience in actively sourcing candidates, preferably using LinkedIn Recruiter.
Familiarity with using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
Experience in client-facing roles or situations.
Strong project management and negotiation skills.
A service-oriented mindset combined with high emotional intelligence.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
An entrepreneurial spirit, a high level of adaptability, and a collaborative approach.
A progressive and outspoken personality, valuing ideation, discussion, and an active search for solutions and progress.
Familiarity with Google Suite is preferred.
Background in a start-up or scale-up environment is preferred.
Experience in recruiting for marketing, advertising, or media roles is also preferred.
