What You Will DoProvide guidance and support on all HR operational topics related to the full employee life cycle, from onboarding to offboarding, and act as a trusted advisor to leadership and staff on employee relations:
Offer legal advice on employment agreements, workplace conflicts, and disciplinary matters, and represent the company in court proceedings when necessary.Monitor updates to local labor laws and SIX regulations, ensuring timely adjustments to local HR policies and verifying their compliance with the latest standards, while handling inspections and requirements from labor authorities, Social Security, Tax Agency, and other authorities.Manage relationships with unions, acting as a point of contact for union representatives, handling collective bargaining processes, negotiating agreements, resolving disputes, and ensuring adherence to union agreements.Lead HR initiatives, including diversity and inclusion programs, employee engagement, and organizational change management.Collaborate with HR teams at both local and global levels, contributing to their projects and building effective relationships with unions to promote mutual understanding and alignment with organizational goals.What You BringBachelor's or Master's degree in Labor Law, Human Resources or a related field:
Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in HR consulting or personnel management, with at least 3 years in a senior capacity.Extensive knowledge of Spanish labor laws, regulations, and employment standards and ability to navigate in an international and global matrix organization.Proven experience managing union relationships, including collective bargaining and conflict resolution.Strong problem-solving and adaptability, negotiation, and communication skills.Fluency in English and Spanish; any other language is a plus.If you have any questions, please call German Lopez Arranz at +34 91 709 5771.
